Harry Hughes

1st Grade Co-Coach

Following a successful start to his coaching career in 2025 with a Second Grade premiership, Harry steps up to First Grade in 2026. Identified as an outstanding young coach already, Harry will bring tactical and technical acumen to the playing group in a clear acknowledgment of our long-term direction at the Trojans.

Aaron Carrigg

1st Grade Co-Coach

Aaron transitions to the First Grade role in 2026, having taken Third Grade to the Grand Final in 2025. Aaron was also a part of the coaching staff for the Sydney U18 Girls team that won the National Championship in Queensland. Aaron brings excellent technical and analytical skills as well as innovation that will benefit the playing group as the Trojans invest in the next generation of home-grown coaching talent.

Involved with Juniors from 1997 to 2005, Coaching, Managing, Secretary/Treasurer positions
Retired as a member of the CCRU Board at end of 2022.
